Good shepherd medical center - marshall is a not-for-profit facility located in northeast texas, approximately 150 miles east of dallas, texas and 35 miles west of shreveport, louisiana. Good shepherd medical center - marshall is the only hospital located in harrison and marion counties. Established in 1954 by several harrison county physicians, good shepherd medical center - marshall has grown to a 149 bed facility with an intensive care unit and a 24-hour level iii trauma center. Good shepherd medical center - marshall is accredited by the joint commission on accreditation for healthcare organizations.
