Our organizations funded Christian Partnerships to make improvements to their food distribution program. We performed a site visit and gave them half of the money to begin the project. The Executive Director kept asking for more time, then when he told me the project was completed, we scheduled a site visit. The morning of the site visit, he canceled and said that he needed more time.
I followed up with the Church, where the food pantry was located, and they didn't know anything about the project. After months of delays and word trickery, we decided to ask for the $7k already paid to the project. We were unable to do so. Christian Partnerships broke their contract and evaded us for months.
