I dropped off several bags of cloths and other items that I no longer need including a watch, lantern, hand bags, etc. and the staff was very helpful.
The gentleman took the items from my car and brought me a donor receipt.
Much more professional response and handling of my donations than the other place beginning with a G.
I have several larger items and I will call for pick up soon.
Thanks,
Nancy

I have donated time and treasure to multiple non-profits over the years, and Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity has been the most effective at leveraging those resources. CCHFH offers deserving partner families an opportunity to truly solve their problems and change their lives for the better. Despite its successes, CCHFC's needs remain great as the number of those in need is outpacing the construction of new or rehabilitated homes.

Charlotte County Habitat's effort to keep "helping one more family" has resulted in over 300 families achieve home ownership since 1987. Plus their programs to help local low-income residents and military veterans complete exterior repairs to their homes have improved neighborhoods throughout the County. The affiliate's success is due to it's wonderful donors and volunteers. Your future support will make a difference!

I have had the pleasure of working with Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity as a web developer and graphic designer for over a year now. I started working for CCHFH under a paid job that rapidly moved to me volunteering services in addition to paid jobs from the CCHFH. I was inspired by the passion of the employees and volunteers who deeply help our Charlotte County community. One person donating their time, money or services is all it takes to affect change and I can not think of a greater organization that I could donate my time and services to in regards to working / volunteering with the Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity.

I have helped build homes, volunteered in the stores, participated in special events and functions, and donated to this wonderful organization! CCHFH has made such a wonderful change in the lives of the families they serve and has positively impacted the Charlotte County community. Habitat has empowered me, too! I can build a house!
