Needed Help. Even have a job helping people when i turned to this place in my time of need they stated "Were sorry we need proof of income" when i had absolutely nothing to fall back or no one else to turn to . Makes me so sad knowing half of the people of Meadville that use this service are truly abusing it and and people that truly need it get nothing....
