case management services include assessment and recovery planning, service coordination, and home-based parent education focused on reducing child abuse and neglect, improving self-sufficiency, and reducing substance abuse. The organization also provides supervised visitation and safe transfers for families referred by the friend of the court. Prevention programming includes coalition building and working with community collaboratives to reduce substance abuse and improve the community. Other services include peer recovery coaching in the hospitals and drug courts, prisoner re-entry programming, educational groups, and other services aimed at strengthening resiliency and improving self-sufficiency.
