As parents of only one child, our family motto is "Small but mighty!" When considering an organization that strives to align faith, family, mission, and love you will find that Camp Gideon delivers on all aspects. This is our first year with the organization and are extremely impressed with their structure but are blown away with what our daughter has embraced while attending camp these last 2 weeks. Mission in action is what we have noticed when speaking to our daughter. Her word choices over the past 2 weeks at camp have truly reflected Camp Gideon's capability of teaching children the virtues of self-control, kindness, and humility. As a nonprofit, they are truly embodying a mission-centric vitality that has sustained over time and we are grateful to have found this amazing organization!
Camp Gideon is an outstanding ministry and venue. I am a witness to the passion for excellence and the sincere heart and spirit for sharing Christ with the world, that the staff models daily. Lives have been changed and will continue to be changed because of this relevant and vibrant ministry. There is something for everyone at Camp Gideon and little becomes so much in the hands of faithful servant leaders.
Camp Gideon has provided great support services to young people in need of spiritual guidance for many years. Robin and Gib are faithful servants in kingdom work, and I wholeheartedly recommend this camp to anyone needing a spiritually-grounded camp for kids. They are also in our Bible study and are consistent believers, trustworthy and true. I know I speak for my husband, Rob, and myself when I say, "Thanks for your service and for not wearying in well-doing, Robin and Gib!"

I've volunteered a few times at their overnight camp for young boys called "Knight's Camp". It's really one the coolest things I've seen. Boys get to be boys and play at a beautiful camp by the lake while learning what it means to be a man of God. Eventually the older campers are knighted and become leaders and camp counselors at future camps. Most the camp activities are run by knights making it almost impossible for the younger generations not to look up to them. :) Camp Gideon has many other camps. Including a Princess Camp. If you can get there, I'd check it out. Doubt you'd find a better value anywhere!
I have volentered at Camp Gideon for many year, with Knight Camp, and construction through out the yearsand have had a wonderful time doing it. All camp workers and voleteers that ive meet have been a true blessing in my life. it truly has been a pleasure working and meeting new friends some whoi consider family now.. Although I live in California now Camp Gideon will always have its place in my heart and I look forward to returning there on my next visit back..

I attended this camp as a child, went through the training program, and now I eagerly look forward to anytime I can spend serving there. It personally changed my life and I love seeing the way it changes others. It is always a pleasure to be apart of any one of the camps offered, to see the joy it brings the child, and to know that you are apart of something that is making a difference.
I have watched Camp Gideon change lives of children and youth now for 17 years. Reaching out locally and internationally. Its been amazing to see the countless hours that they put into the lives of so many individuals. Alway going above and beyond to serve. It has been a pleasure and honor to save in this non-profit.
