Mission: The purposes for which the organization was formed are as follows: 1) promoting education, research and scholarship by facilitating the publication of scholarly works; 2) combining fulfillment functions (e. G. Warehousing, shipping, data management) for princeton university press and the university of california press (both presses are tax exempt), thereby fostering and effecting the efficient dissemenation of scholarly works; 3) providing fulfillment functions for other purveyors of scholarly works; and 4) providing other activities or services related to the publication of scholarly works.
Programs: Effective april 30, 2015, the organization ceased all operations. During the fiscal year ending june 30, 2017, the organization's activities consisted solely of winding down activities, liquidating assets and settling with interested parties.
