Bridging the Gap has helped several veterans that I have referred to them after they received the run around from other organization's. Very professional.
I know the organization and its mission, and it has done incredible work to assist veterans who had been run around from place to place. They are simply there to help others, and it is evident from the first "hello."
I can't say enough good about Bridging the Gap of Georgia. They have stepped up to assist countless veterans who had been redirected from group to group to ask for help. Bridging the Gap IS the help. They have provided financial, nutritional, mental and emotional support for vets in need. They were there when my mother had a stroke and I was 1,200 miles away, and couldn't afford to get home to see her. Thanks to them, I was on my way home within two days. Keith Laseter is a strong voice for veterans' advocacy, and I have made several friends for life while working through them.
My personal experience w Bridging The Gap has been a most inspirational one! Loyalty to veterans has been one that truly changed the lives of veterans; including my own. Only the best of leaders can reach out to veterans and the community in such a way. Honor for our veterans is one among many qualities that have made this nonprofits work so well for our veterans!
Went to a car show in Ocala at the Don Garlits Museum. What a great show. Such a great feeling seeing all the Veterans. Looking forward to this event for years to come
Thanks Keith Lasetter for a great day
I have witnessed how Bridging the Gap helped a veteran that was next to penniless and homeless get back on his feet and become a functional working member of society. This helps people where they need to be understood and given a chance to shine after a traumatic event such as being in the military/combat zone and then coming back to adjust to normal civilian life with their moral wounds. Fantastic efforts here!
Wonder organization. On the website they have a break down on how the donations will be allocated. BTGG keep on doing great work for our veterans.
I know this organization and can verify that many veterans have been helped as part of their service. This is practical help without a lot of red tape. Transitioning back to civilian life is not easy and BTGG helps in this area. When I discharged from the service I went through three quick divorces because no one understood me. An organization like this could have saved me many heart aches and many hours of therapy. Thank God for the help they are giving our veterans.
Also, as a veteran, I view this organization as very helpful in trying to understand my benefits. I particularly like the discussions are in plain English and direct to the point. I feel the open discussion forum gives both points of views, negative and positive, which can only be to all veterans benefit. This organization is opening doors that should have been opened long ago, especially for those of us who do not understand why we can't get what is owed to us. This is where the discussions take place on Wednesday at 8:00PM
By donating to Bridging the Gap, you are helping an organization, that is out to help Veterans get.back into society with the confidence to live, and maintain their daily life. So please donate to a worthy cause.
They always put Veteran First....It's not about raising money...They believe that the community has to step up and help and not wait on the government.
They have helped many veterans in many ways. They help with housing, clothing, food, anything that is needed they find a way to assist. They go where needed.
A worthy organization.
With a 98% success rate speaking volumes, despite the fact that this organization obtains NO Government funding, is an amazing job in itself. Since 2010 Bridging The Gap of Georgia has helped MANY Veterans, Active Duty Service Men and Woman, as well as family members of Service Men & Women. No matter what it takes Bridging The Gap has gone above and beyond to help them reintegrate into society, or help their families while our Heroes are away fighting for our freedoms.
Housing, Food, Clothing, Medical Attentions, Transportation, Employment and many other services are offered though this program. It is just amazing to see the support for our heroes by our heroes and community members. Keep up the Grand Work! Thank you for everything you do!
This program is invaluable to our communities. Our Hero Veterans, Active Duty Service Men & Women, as well as their families deserve to be honored for their sacrifices for us. Being founded and operated by Veterans you can rest assured that the needs are known and that all are doing everything in their power, going above and beyond, to ensure that as many people get what they need.
Because this organization is completely community funded they are depending on you, the community member, to show your support for our Heroes. Please consider to pledge a minimum of $1 a month to give hope for another day. Plug Bridging The Gap's Website into your browser and join the Dollar A Month For Hope Program by donating a minimum of $1 and pledging to pay that amount each month by clicking the reoccurring payment button. The payment will be automatically drafted from your account at the same time each month.
It costs $5000.00 a month to maintain the 3 Veterans Homes that this organization already has. If 5000 people pledged only $1 a month that would open the doors for Bridging The Gap to reach out and help in so many more ways than they already do. It will help to keep these Homes open for our Heroes. Without Your Support Bridging The Gap Can't survive. Show support and Please share the campaign on their website.
Thank you for all you do!
I would recommend donating to Bridging tge Gap. Through BTG, veterans are given the help they need to get on their with their lives after serving our country. I believe in BTG so much, that I have my donations set up on a monthly basis. It is worth it!
