Programs: Fire department - responds to all alarms and calls 365 days a year. Also conducts training and fire safety awareness for the entire island community.
rescue squad - responds to medical emergencies and provides transportation for such emergencies the the block island medical center and other medical facilities 365 days a year. Also conducts training for the entire island community (cpr, first aid, etc)
ladies auxiliary - conducts fundraisers & supports fire & rescue departments as needed.
