Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Human Service Organizations, Human Services, Youth Community Service Clubs, Youth Development, Youth Development Programs
Mission: Our mission is to Enrich, Enhance and Expand the thinking of youth through activities that promote self love, self acceptance and education.
Results: We have been able to match 10+ youth in our program to caring mentors. We have been able to run mentoring group sessions for over 30 youth participants in the Take Stock in Children program. With our community partners, we have been able to serve over 500 youth in the community through our Annual Back to School Giveaway, have served over 600+ youth in the community through our Annual Community Holiday Giveaway since 2023
Target demographics: Local youth ages 12-16.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Matched 10+ youth in our program to caring mentors. Served 300+ youth in the community through our Annual Community Holiday Giveaway.
Geographic areas served: Dekalb, and Gwinnett County Georgia.
Programs: one-on-one mentoring relationships, group-mentoring sessions, skill-building workshops, community engagement activities and scholarship opportunities.
