Nelly or Nellie, That soon she saw me, she said they are closing in 5 minutes! I replied but the schedule says at 3:30 pm! And I arrived 3:13, I let my work early just to be in BEOF in time, running, trying to print all the papers for weeks, but sometimes online doesn’t make its easy, resetting the password, username that expires, beside saving money to buy my printer ink, etc. and then she humiliated me, I came so smiling and sweated, because the rushing for trying to be before closing, I gave to work too, my rent is super high $950. Single mother and she doesn’t wanted to take the copy of my rent check cashed for my landlord after cost me too much time and inks to print its online, anyway before she decide to attend my request of stamping my copy as proof of she received my papers for the energy help, she attended a personal phone call, making plans for the weekend and then she went to the back to wash her hands and then she told me I asking for too much, she has to because she is closing, she got the stamper from a ziplock bag, and did it and not even respond to my goodbye, I told her have a blessed weekend! But she had bad face, like go away, I understand she just wants to go home, but was not the time to she go, anyway, what about me, that I wake up Monday to Friday at 4:15 am, single mother, not family, not friends at all, just 100%mother, I was rase up as Christian, not relationships out of marriage and divorced snd totally alone for ever, just not even living just “suverving ” NOT child support, with all those struggling I am still very nice with everyone to my customers and my service in general is excellent and always nice even it’s time to me to go or I am not feeling well, I am always nice and good hearted with the customers, of course maybe she feel very important, because the position? She said she have 6 years working there, she replied to me when I asked to stamp my copy and she said that stamp will not help me, because the help if I ho to PSE&G, the BEOF helps start in December , was kind of crazy her answer! I don’t understand, why so many public organizations’s employees treats the persons in needs so rude, like the funds is coming out from their pockets! Because I was speaking in Spanish, every time I go there, she is hispanic, she knows her supervisor will not understand or knows how rude she is, the same last year, and last, last, MAYBE BECAUSE I AM VERY NICE AND SOFT AS CHRISTIAN I HAVE TO BE UNDERSTANDING BUT I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING, SHE STARTED AS VOLUNTEER THERE AND GOD GIVE THAT JOB THANKS TO GOD BUT SHE FORGOT I GUESS SO, HOW IS TO BE IN NEEDS, I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITHOUT CHILD SUPPORT FOR MANY MANY YEARS the same situation! I hope you can train her how to be pleasant with the customers, if I don’t need your assistance I will never will there being humiliated every time

Very bad experience. They are not well informative on how the application process works for rental assistance program. I was mislead with my application approval processing thinking that their approval process works as a
rules and guidelines they have on the application instead what they told me was that their approval decision is based from what they think it is best from their owned decision
