I just love the true honest love of horses that is the Base of this Rescue, Anne Houghton also holds down other employment and puts a lot of her own cash into this too. Anne just held her first Auction to help them buy hay etc, I so admire people who go out of their way to provide this kind of help for the many horses needing it. its not WORK to anne, its her Passion,,that is a sign of a great Rescue...I fully support Annes Rescue. Mission: There are defining moments that can be life changing when we decide to take action for what we truly believe in. For Aureole Ranch, it is the dedication to help all animals in need with an emphasis on equine rescue. We pool our time and resources into helping 'at risk' equines. We're passionate about preserving lives and giving second chances for many who have reached the end of the line. This small, grass roots organization emerged as the obvious need for rescue became more apparent. We exist with the idea that together WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! And when we say "we", we're referring to You too! Our supporters are truly the ones to thank because without all of you and your willingness to get involved, whether donating, sharing our missions or just being a shoulder to cry on once in a while, this work would not be possible Join us and be a part of a horse's future by volunteering, donating, fostering or adopting.
Target demographics: rescue neglected, abused and slaughter bound equines
Direct beneficiaries per year: save 5 equines and took in one owner surrender thoroughbred mare.
