As President of Heartlight Center for Inner Peace, I have worked with and been supported by Attitudinal Healing International since our beginnings in 2010. It is an amazing organization that "walks the talk" of the Principles of Attitudinal Healing in all it's interactions with all people and AH centers around the world. It provides a variety of ways to learn about and share the principles, which are based on love, non-judgement and forgiveness, and which are powerful tools to enable individuals to experience life in a more peaceful, gentle, joyful way.
In the beginning of our journey with AHI, we needed and received a lot of support as we explored how our organization could best bring Attitudinal Healing to our community. We were ALWAYS welcome to reach out to them, and we were guided in a way that was non-judgemental and a reminder that we had the best answers for us. Now that we are well-established and greatly appreciated by our participants, AHI continues to be a resource for us and a way for us to help and be connected to others around the world.
Attitudinal healing has changed my life. I see life through new eyes and with a new attitude. Love rather than fear. Forgiveness always.
Attitudinal Healing International has spawned a worldwide movement focusing on teaching only love as a means to live in this world. I have been a part of this organization since 2011 and have started a center in St. Louis based on the principles it espouses. This organization changes lives, through positive thinking and action. It has been such a gift to all in my community that have received the training and application in daily life.
Two years ago I was often at loggerheads with my mother and I cried out to an online friend from the USA I met on WordPress. She talked to me about Attitudinal healing and fortunately my country Cameroon has a center. She put me in contact with the founder and the rest is history. No more loggerheads with my mother or pretty much anyone, I have the power to choose. I completed the training as a facilitator last year and I am so grateful to AHI. I created my own association last where I work with victims of abuse especially sexual abuse and rape, and I use the AH principles with them. The kids especially love them. I don't hesitate to talk about AH wherever I am invited or where I have the opportunity to do so.
I took an Attitudinal Healing workshop with them. We were participants from all around the world. I was impressed with their use of technology to facilitate communication. It was a meaningful experience to be able to participate in small groups as part of the workshop, all remotely, sharing experiences with people in Australia, Hawaii, without leaving my own office in New York City.
Through their website, I was able to find information about this workshop and also share the existence of other centers in Buenos Aires, where I have friends and colleagues who would like to know more about Attitudinal Healing.
Everyone I reached out who was connected to this website, shared the same positive attitude and kindness, consistent with the values expressed on the site.
I found AHI through a book by Dr. Jampolsky. It had many healing suggestions, along with true stories of both adults and children who had been helped greatly, and in some instances cured, by applying the free, AHI principles.
I started to use a couple of the suggested attitude/outlook changes in my daily life. I experienced much more peace and calm, and better smoother work flow, when I stopped being a fault finder and became a live finder, or, just more kind.
I am grateful that there are more steps & principles, for free, that I can integrate into my life
Attitudinal Healing International is not only life changing but also healing for the nations. The foundation of the organization is the beginning of personal, family, community, national, and worldwide change.
My name is Jerry Jampolsky, M.D. and I founded Attitudinal Healing in 1975.
