Mission: The foundation operates a continuing care retirement community. The foundation provides three levels of housing facilities and services specifically designed to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of elderly retired career military officers and their close relatives. The foundation provides independent living for those who are capable of caring for themselves, assisted living for those who are not fully capable of providing for themselves, and health services for those requiring immediate and continuing care.
