Mission: The mission of Arbor Housing and Development is to enhance the quality of life in communities by building independence and creating housing options.
Target demographics: We envision communities: Where everyone lives in decent, affordable and safe housing; Where every individual has access to the resources to live as independently as possible, and; Where Arbor Housing and Development continues to be accepted as a collaborative partner in community revitalization efforts
Programs: Mental health/domestic violence support services - to provide supportive housing and supportive living services to individuals rendered homeless, victims of domestic violence, and/or individuals with mental health diagnoses.
Housing Rehabilitation - to provide funding to qualified individuals whose independence and quality of life depend heavily upon repairs or improvements to their homes.
Housing Choice Voucher program - assistance to low-income families, the elderly and disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market.
Real Estate Development/Property Management - to cultivate community partnerships that provide for the development and management of safe, comfortable housing for under-served low-income and elderly populations in our community.
