Causes: Crime & Law, Domestic Violence, Protection Against Abuse
Mission: API Chaya envisions a just and equitable world free of violence. We provide culturally relevant services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking, organize within Asian, South Asian and Pacific Islander communities in Washington State, and offer training and technical assistance to community members and service providers.
Results: Each year, we serve approximately 3000 people through our helpline, 200 people with long-term intensive support, and thousands through education and outreach.
