Mission: The anthroposophical society in america is an association of people seeking to nurture the life of the soul and to explore what it means to be truly human, based on spiritual science arising out of the work of rudolf steiner. We serve the public through our own actions, the initiatives of its members, and the activities of the school for spiritual science.
Programs: The society provides educational services in the form of lectures, study retreats, webinars, and conferences. Some of the 2017 activity included the annual conference, annual general meeting, 11 different webinars, 2 traveling speakers program workshops in various cities, virtual and face-to-face meetings of the collegium and sections including study and presentation of research, and weekly study groups that meet throughout the nation. The society also publishes "being human" two times per year, supports the maintenance and operations of the rudolf steiner library, and offers space in the rudolf steiner house for groups for mission related training, study, and performances.
