Mission: To receive and administer funds for educational, medical, religious and charitable purposes to help ensure that children with special needs are afforded the joy of celebrating their "specialness".
Programs: To help provide support to other qualifying organizations which provide services to special needs children, award scholarships and grants to special needs children and/or their families to obtain life building or life enhancing items that might not be otherwise obtainable, and create a support network for special needs children and/or their families.
