Causes: Arts & Culture, Fund Raising & Fund Distribution

Mission: Angels' Attic serves the local community by offering quality merchandise at reasonable prices. The money raised through sales is then distributed each year to worthy non-profit organizations who have applied for a need. The money is used in our local communities and abroad to help eliminate, poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, hunger and to assist with education, empowerment and comfort and hope. We do all these things in the in support of bettering the lives of people and sharing our belief in God.

Results: We have helped thousands of people in need over the twelve years that we have been a mission organization. Each year, potential non-profits present to our volunteers their need for the year. The volunteers then are allowed to vote for their choice of these vetted non-profits. Our volunteers are the heart of our mission. The money donated is used in local areas and well as overseas.

Target demographics: Multiple missions to make a difference in the lives of the worl's most impoverished and forgotten people at home and abroad

Geographic areas served: The Dallas, Fort Worth Area and Abroad

Programs: Proceeds raised by sales in the store go to benefit area agencies including Habitat for Humanity, Fort Worth Friars, Medina Children's Home, Church on the SLAB Ministry, Crisis Pregnancy, Rowlett Tornado Victims, Angel Layettes for Area Hospitals, Snowball Express for Children of Fallen Military Heroes, Filling the Gap Backpack Ministry is Fort Worth Schools, Meals from the Heart at the Ronald McDonald House, New Day Services for Victims of Domestic Abuse, Intervarsity Missionary Training, School Supplies for at risk youth, United Community Centers, Inc., Union Gospel Mission and so many others.

Angels' Attic Upscale Resale is a great place to find a bargain or a treasure. I am a donor, customer, and a volunteer. We have clothing, jewelry, furniture, books, home decor, dishes, sporting goods, electronics, toys, antiques, collectibles and friendly faces. The proceeds from the sale of our donated merchandise are given to local and world wide charities.
