I donated a $1000 check to American Hope foundation based on a news story I saw about their land they were going to build houses on. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that there was never any land that they lied to the agencies and to the public, pretending to have land that they never did to get donations. Further surprised when I was informed that the founder of this nonprofit Ronald Peak has a long history of financial crimes, including currently being on parole for operating a financial forgery lab. I’m not the only person who has been swindled by this horrible man in this fake company. I am very good friends with the person that owned the land that they claimed to have gotten. In reality, they lied to the owner pretended like they were going to buy it in order to get the stories and then backed out before anything had to be signed yet they still continue to promote it on their website and act as if they have this. if you want to, please look into Ronald Dean Peak he has an arrest record from Las Vegas and a very lengthy one from Idaho as well. Please do not lose your money like I did.
