A+ and Raiders DBC will provide wonderful opportunities for youth interested in performing arts. Our son marched in Raiders for two years. His skills and confidence grew immeasurably. Run by all volunteers.

My son had.a fantastic first year with the Raiders. A Plus is an amazing group that works tirelessly to give young people access to not only performing through music, but to teams that are like family.

The mission of A+ Education and Performing Arts is an admirable one. The four youth performing arts organizations under this non-profit provide so many opportunities for youth to get involved in the activities that give kids the opportunity to grow and mature in a nurturing environment. Also, this organization strives to make the opportunities available to every interested participant, regardless of financial or socio-economic status.

Phil Bigelow has a very knowledgeable and fair approach to things! I hope the rest of the board of directors are as wise as him. It’s becausecif him that this organization has any hope. As long as he’s the president, A+ will have a chance to succeed!!!! And because of him and the talented membership, I sacrificed a lot of my time and money trying my best to give one of A+’s programs the gift that was given to me in regard to the Marching Arts!

The Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps helped me (a Voice Major) pass class percussion. The drumline helped me study/practice for all of my exams and gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. The staff is amazing and helps the corps be successful & grow each day on and off the field. The staff accomplishes this by encouraging a positive environment, making sure the corps is where it needs to be and on time, as well as providing any necessary corrections to improve the marching technique.

I participated for two years with the organization, I also taught here on and off. You will not find a more dedicated board and support team for these kids. This organization works off of volunteer support more than most because of that love and passion to enrich the lives of kids through music. I have been running my own non-profit for over a decade now and know the struggles modern non-profits face. This organization deserves your support, they serve a very diverse range of kids from so many socio and ethnic backgrounds.

The experience that I've had with the Raiders this past summer was amazing. I made life long friends and memories that are unforgettable. We got the work done and had fun while doing it. Their staff is caring, funny, & creative. They push us to higher limits that make us better, even if we didn't realize it. I recommend anyone that wants to join DCI consider the Raiders! I miss it everyday
