The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Attending graduation ceremonies as the clients complete their course of training; teaching classes to low-skilled but determined and talented immigrant womenl seeing what Marga Fripp and the board accomplish every week in terms of outreach and planning
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Increase the size and of what is a small board but comprising a stellar and dedicated group of professionals
More feedback...
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
My experience with Empowered Women International has been exemplary. I work with an impressive group of professionals on the board and a stellar, if small, staff. There is complete synergy and harmony and a confluence of goals among all of us.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Dedicated, intelligent and creative, industrious, and completely in sync with the goals of the organizations. Marga Fripp, founder and President, is a tremendous motivator and delegator. She inspires all of us continually.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Expand across the region, recruit additional immigrant women, hire staff to run multiple offices and to provide training courses. The services of this organization are key to helping its clients to become productive members of the community.
Ways to make it better...
I cannot think of anything that could make my experience better, except to find funding sources more quickly.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Fundraising; adding staff; networking (although the staff and board do a terrific job now of networking and outreach)
One thing I'd also say is that...
This is the finest non-profit I have ever run across or worked with, and I have known many. Marga Fripp deserves special recognition for her dedication, brilliance and compassion.
