I have been a part of CRN for 5 years.I am now one of their pink ladies.Our role for this organization is to educate and make people aware of all this organization has to offer.The huge importance of clinical trials and to be the advocate for all patients.The fact that we are a non-profit organization gives us the opportunity to have many fund raisers in which we need to raise the monies necessary to help our cancer patients.I personally became involved because I so strongly believed in their mission.Having had cancer myself there wasn't very much available to me at that time.When I actually witnessed the work of these ladies who head this organization,I have to admit I was so impressed and touched by their deep concern for cancer patients.
