I no longer can in good concious donate to this organization. I found that there is a HUGE discrepancy between a posted comment on the amount of money raised at a set period of time (comment made by the founder herself on the facebook site) was over 30k more than what was posted on the public listing wall. Funds that were raised for specific personal requests and goods for the founder for animal care are not listed on the wall with amounts raised nor is requests and donations for transport fuel. Founder's home is or at least was listed as a "make me move" on Zillow and she has denied that this is the case, there are saved files showing it was listed albiet by homeowner as available for purchase. This of course after thousands of dollars were raised to upgrade an outbuilding with electricity, drywall and such for a supposed TNR project that seemed to go by the wayside once work was done (again these funds are not listed on the wall for public view to see the amount spent and raised). Money is spent in what seems like shopping spree mentality for goods that do not help in feeding or saving a sick animal. Founder requests fuel for volunteer transports. ABSOLUTELY no transperancy as to how much money is really raised and how much is spent other than her posting intermittent amounts without any real proof. Uses donor money to purchase goods to auction off to raise funds?? It is possible this organization is on the up and up however too many red flags from doing a simple internet search. I now just donate directly to the rescues to be sure my money is going to them and being utilized on actually saving an animals life. The concept is good, no doubt there have been some amazing accomplishments back in the beginning however it has changed and unfortunately not for the better.
