If you want to help their CEO's pad their pockets with their six figure salaries and if you want to help the art supply companies who also help to pad the Donorschoose CEO's pockets and have actual donors pay up to 300% mark up to get materials then do it. I will look elsewhere for honest non-profits.

The foundation was born from an altruistic dream that is shared by all who volunteer and donate. From the time I picked up art and music supplies to the point of dropping them off to the different organizations in need, people would catch the synergistic and positive vibe that is at the base of this foundation.
