The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
mentoring a funny, talented, polite, and extremely charming young man who attends high school.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
have more opportunities for the mentors to get together. We only get better by hearing other stories and sharing experiences. I'd also improve the awards...these are teenagers afterall!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
getting to know & watch a fantastic young man flourish & realize his own abilites with a little of my personal time.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
extremely friendly, knowledgable, and there when you needed them (at all hours of the day).
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
bring similar positive results to more young people in more communities.
Ways to make it better...
I had more time to devote. Trying to work my own family life into this relationship has had its challenges, but my family has met my mentee and understands the importance of our times together.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
funding. To grow the program (and I honestly believe it should come to other communities) additonal funds are necessary for the awards and gatherings.
One thing I'd also say is that...
thank you. My experience has given me a very different perspective on my own life and what matters most. They told me initially that most of the mentors feel they benefit more than the mentees...I totally agree!!!
