The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my every day life. I help to register all of our newly diagnosed cancer patients with the ACS, and provide them with the 1-800 #. I have see 1st hand caregivers find comfort at a local relay. I have seen the cancer prevention study in action localy
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
very proud to run such a great group of staff and volunteers.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
How is helps people find comfort & hope in very different ways. It might be sharing their story at a team rally, or getting fit for a prostetic breast or wig. Or listening to other men at Man to Man. I love seeing HOPE in people who have contacted ACS
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
empowered, passionate, educated, dedicated, friendly, caring, outstanding, supportive, hardworking, organized, good listeners, compassionate, and the best there is!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
fund several more investigators (researchers) you never know which one will be the one that discovers the cure!
Ways to make it better...
I would have know about all of the American Cancer Society's programs and services from the moment I heard the words "you have cancer."
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
lack of funding for research, cut backs.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I have volunteered for the ACS for more than 10 years and plan to continue to do all I can for this wonderful company.
