The Center for Biological Diversity works on behalf of all endangered species, not just the fuzzy and cute ones or the highly publicized campaigns. They are persistent and follow through. I enjoy their newsletters because they're fun and informative without being too technical or scientific; they treat their readers/supporters with respect. It's amazing how much they accomplish.

In short, they take their mission, but not necessarily themselves, very seriously.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I've lived in the western US my entire life. Many of the species the Center works to protect inhabit federal and state land, which makes up a large portion of the western states. Where my tax dollars fail (government officials playing politics instead of doing their jobs), the Center comes through.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

do more marketing/publicity.

Client Served & I regularly contact members of Congress and other government agencies by submitting comments and signing petitions.
