The first time I visited the center, to place my brother, I was impressed with the practical approach administered there. Seeing bus schedules hanging on the office wall told me that these people knew what their clients needed. This was a small thing to an outsider but someone without transportation would find them essential. Later I found the staff took a genuine interest in the success of each client. Everyone is treated as an individual with their needs being accessed and then dealt with.
