The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
hearing the stories that come from the poeple that it has guided and helped over the years.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
hold quarterly meetings to talk to staff and clients on the morale of the organization.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
They are gay friendly and sup[portive of the Jersey City community.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
The staff varied from very freindly to very young and inexperienced, still learning how to deal and talk to people with social ills face by society.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
get supportive housing for run away teens and a food pantry and also supportive housing for people living with HIV/AIDS.
Ways to make it better...
The communication was always talked about at the center meaning not allowing groups to be phased out because a lack of communication from the board members.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
getting and keeping grants and good staff that will stay and help the community.
One thing I'd also say is that...
The board needs to be some focus groups to see how the clients are doing and what the needs are of the community that it serves.
