I was an intern at Keshet for a summer. I learned more about contributing to a community and the value of good leaders allowing those with passion and movtivation to move projects forward than at any other place in my employment experience thus far. I am eternally grateful for the guidance of Orly and Idit, and the trust they showed me over the course of the summer.
The mission of this organization is central to Jewish communal development, but their impact is much wider, and constantly reminds people of the power of dual-identity politics, issue-focused campaigns and the importance of one-to-one connections!
Keshet was my gold at the end of the rainbow!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my own life, and in the lives of so many disenfranchised members of a community, young and old.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the wonderful appreciation everyone in this office offered me.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
challenged, challenging and incredibly willing to help those who are struggling to find a voice for themselves.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
change the way members of certain faiths react and interact with those who are minorities within their midst.
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
