The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
it's ways to pull the immediate Los Angeles community together to celebrate our differences and together with the community look to directly support Trevor's daily operations.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
find ways to hire more full time staff for development and implementation of such extension programs that are so crucial to the preventative education of gay/lesbian teen suicide.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the staffs true enthusiasm about their results, taking calls, making time to be there, helping one another out as co-workers and as friends, working together to improve their already great ways weekly and seeking out new ways to reach the youth.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
so friendly, welcoming, cheerful, and serious. They love what they do and make no hesitations about sacrificing a bit to make the organization tick.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
reach every gay/lesbian teen and assure them they have a future worth living for!
Ways to make it better...
Prop 8 hadn't passed and the protest wasn't scheduled for the same night of one of Trevor's fund raising events!
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
lack of acknowledgment for need of more full time staff and/or the allocation of funds. As always this is a plague in the non-profit world!
One thing I'd also say is that...
I always have so much fun tagging along on Trevor staff's burrito lunch Wednesday and always look forward to performing with them during their popular fund raising events, they really are a great team!
