I joined GCN almost4 years ago at a time when I was wanting to get closer to God again. I had come out previously and for a while rejected church more or less, but felt that my faith was too big a part of my life to just ignore.
I found GCN through a google search I think - I joined and have never looked back. Through GCN I found a local affirming church, a safe space to ask questions and not fear the backlash one might expect elsewhere online, and have made many strong friendships.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the number of people who join in various states of hurting, self hatred and loneliness... but soon become active members of the community, reaching out to others and accepting themselves.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
make an Android app!
