CHEERFUL GIVERS

Cheerful Givers is a charity that everyone needs to support. President Karen Kitchel manages the organization with vision, compassion, and energetic involvement. For many years, the charity I founded, Be the Star You Are!® has donated books to the birthday bags. When we see the delight on the children's faces when they receive their gifts, we only wish we could help out with much more. Cheerful Giver's deserves to be recognized for the support and empowerment they give to the moms, caregivers, and of course, the children.

Since the time that we have been involved, we have watched Cheerful Givers grow while making a solid impact on the happiness factor.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Cheerful Givers, like most non profit service agencies needs increased financial support. If Karen lived in California, she is the President i would want for Be the Star You Aree!®. She is a dynamo and will make sure that Cheerful Givers keeps giving smiles.

Since 1998 I have had the privilege of writing, producing, and hosting the weekly radio show, Starstyle-Be the Star You Are! under the auspices of Be the Star You Are!® charity. What started out as a small broadcast has transformed into an internationally acclaimed positive media program that is fundamental to the outreach of the charity. The program is proud to be part of the Voice America/World Talk Radio network. More than 2000 authors and experts have been interviewed.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

promoting authors, books, and positive messages that enhance and make a difference in the lives of the listeners. In addition, the volunteers offer numerous art activities at events including paint a pot, plant a seed, mask making, tatooing, coloring contests, book mark creations, face fainting and more. Be the Star You Are!® volunteers are dedicated and resourceful. They are the GREATEST!

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

ask that corporations and businesses adopt the charity as their personal cause and sponsor the radio broadcast to assist their employees,families and the world in reading, leading, and succeeding.
