ADLA is an amazing organization. Unlike a lot of associations, they are truly dedicated to helping students learn. They have the right goals in mind, and still maintain a competitive atmosphere. I have the utmost respect for all of the people that make ADLA such a good group to have students involved in.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
seeing the way the students grew and learned after spending time with ADLA judges and professional drummers.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
leave the basic operation alone, but perhaps work on smoothing out the way that things such as awards ceremonies are handled.
MY ROLE:
Client Served & I am a teacher that brought various students to ADLA events to compete and learn.
