The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my daughter's recovery from depression. My husband and I, along with our daughter can truly say that we are thankful for the excellent care and the competent therapists at this facility, have helped us to improve the quality of our family's lives.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
1.Replace the ugly building, it sends the wrong signal about what is inside. 2.Train the male nurse manager on the early evening shift about sexual harassment, my daughter constantly overheard the female nurses and techs complaining about this individual.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The excellent therapists, and the compassionate direct care nurses and techs.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Absolutely incredible in every way, compassionate and caring as well as competent
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Improve the lives of families by helping those who suffer from mental illness.
Ways to make it better...
My daughter was not exposed to internal political information regarding female nurses and direct care workers being sexually harassed by male nurse manager.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Retention of excellent staff members due to financial and morale reasons.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I trusted these individuals with my daughters life and would choose them 1st when considering emergency mental health care.
