United Animal Nations acts on behalf of the various nations of animals in our midst whose lives have been jeopardized by circumstances beyond their control. They organize, train, and deploy volunteers from around the country in the service of animals in need. UAN efforts an impressive array of programs designed to do everything from save lives outright to educate and enhance understanding of the human-animal bond. It's been said you judge a nation by how they treat their animals. UAN's staff and volunteers do work at standards that exceed greatness - they are a great nation unto themselves!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Seeing previously neglected animals rescued, shown love, and their lives directed to healing and new homes.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

The best kind of humans on the planet; the kind that you wish we all were. They know the value of what they're doing and they pursue it with their whole heart.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Expand it's operations! Create jobs! Improve volunteer recruitment & training! Operate regional HQs with well-equipped staff! Sponsor expanded in-classroom animal education! And a whole lot more, I'm sure!!
