Share Self-Help for Women with Breast or Ovarian Cancer, Inc.
June 15, 2010
I learned about SHARE several years ago when I became involved with educating fellow lawyers and others in the legal community about breast cancer. I have known many people who were directly helped by SHARE, in a very meaningful way (I am also a nurse and so I have heard many accounts over the years.)I have learned a great deal from the SHARE programs and its website. For cutting edge information, they are an invaluable resource, and I have relied on them in identifying important issues for conferences that I have helped plan. They use their resources wisely, and they appreciate every gift. If I had vast resources to offer, they would be at the top of my list.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
and have seen many people benefit from the knowledge and support provided by SHARE -- that others have been down the anxiety-ridden path following a cancer diagnosis and yes, there is hope and a way to live well.
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
About every six months
