SOAR ACADEMY
June 1, 2010

My son attends SOAR Academy and I am also a board member. Teresa Loving and her staff are out there doing fantastic, nay amazing things for special needs children and their families – not because they seek recognition – but because it is a dream that is lives and breathes in their hearts. Teresa Loving has a vision to help special children and seems to inspire everyone around her to jump on board and catch the spirit of what it means to be committed to a wonderful cause with determination and purpose. When you arrive at SOAR Academy, it just looks like any other building. But once you get inside, the first thing you will notice is how much she and her staff just love these kids. It’s unlike any place you will ever visit. You can’t walk out without asking how you can help. Most people see things and say “Why”; But Teresa Loving and her staff DREAM things and say “Why not?” They have given Hayden the courage to dare to do great things. They have shown us as parents that we can dream new dreams for our children. Dreams for our children to SOAR!

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

SOAR Academy has changed my son's and my family's lives! Prior to SOAR my son hated school and achieved little to no academic success. He hated school. Since beginning SOAR 2 years ago, he has made a complete turn around!

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

increase the public's awareness and support so that they would have the financial support they so strongly deserve!

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

seeing my son achieve beyond my wildest dreams.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

top notch, devoted and inspiring!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

impact the lives of so many special needs children beyond their parent's wildest dreams!

Ways to make it better...

if I had discovered SOAR Academy years ago for my son.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

lack of funding.

One thing I'd also say is that...

you will NEVER find a more worthy non-profit anywhere!

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every week

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
