My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, Boston, MA, USA
Today I attended a volunteer orientation at the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy. What an impressive group! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They outlined existing agendas as well as their wish list. I was especially impressed with the young-peoples' after school program that teaches older, underprivileged students about horticulture and the environment. Volunteer opportunities abound. It's nice to know that such a dedicated group is helping to care for our new neighborhood.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Well-informed and dedicated
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Add more educational programs in the public schools, hire more staff to carry out their agenda, and generally expand the things that they do.
