Figure out a way to get vlolunteers mroe air time. I volunteer in my position becaseu I sdon't want air time,. however, mores groups that come want the air tiem. It would also help to go back to the interview days where they interviewed the group.

The felxability of my volunteer hours. The effecient way that Noel uses for sign ups. The people, the people, the people. The variety of groups that volunteer.

The best of the best. Noel makes sure we are taken care of and have staff to go to. Mel Fong is the volunteer of all volunteers. He knows all and does all with a positive attitude.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Stop having plegde drives and do more commuunity education. Heck , they could do that with a few million bucks. :)

KVIE were closer to my house. Really, I don't have a thing to add here.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Money to stay on the air. Maintaining themselves as public TV and not commmercial TV. Also, too many mailed requests for addtional donations.
One thing I'd also say is that...
The donation dollrs and volunteer hours have so much competition fro them. It's alwasy a stuggle to make it work. KVIE works hard to get those dollars and time and use them wisely.
