The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Preparing food quickly before 12 noon by showing leadership and keeping things together to make sure that nothing bad happens.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Learning how to prepare food by making sure that nothing goes wrong with the food and developing leadership and assisting volunteers on how to make food and to make sure they watch what they're doing.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Chefs that are about business by practicing quality control, doing things right, and getting them done on time. The chefs are very serious about that. Furthermore, i've met 2 or 3 people that about the business of DC Central Kitchen such as Hilary Espinosa who is First Helping Manager, Ana who works for Fresh Start, and others. The volunteers i've met were local and out-of-state (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, Georgia, etc).
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Invest in a new building (have state-of-the-art kitchen so the organization can be up-to-date).
