The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
seeing how hundreds of kids across the city of Irvine and the county of Orange could raise money for Katrina and more recently for Haiti by doing LemonAid stands over MLK day weekend, generating over $10,000.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Find some way to get them reliably funded each year so they can grow across the country. Team Kids should be in every community in the US.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Seeing kids as young as 5 learn the power of giving and helping and that they are capable of making a difference. Everyone can be great because everyone can serve.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
The best people I've ever met - dedicated, creative, committed - really walking the walk and treating all kids involved in Team Kids with dignity and respect
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
easily spread the Team Kids model to schools and communities in every state
Ways to make it better...
We could do the Team Kids Challenge at every school in our district - every year
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Making sure it is financially sustainable in the future so it can grow. They do not charge for their programs and all - yes 100% of proceeds go to the charities and causes the kids pick.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Could someone from Goldman Sachs or AIG or Morgan Stanley donate a large sum to Team Kids so that all of our kids can take part and start getting the message that helping others is the best way to build your assets?
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
About every month
