To the elected officials, who work for and with the citizens of West Virginia. I would like to make the following points in favor of the Tamarack Foundation. They have helped me with my web site, which I could not have developed myself. and I have received a grant from the Foundation to help in the purchase of a pug mill for my studio. I will never have anything but good to say about Tamarack and the Tamarack Foundation. I thank them all for their help and friendship.
