My experience as a receiver of services is great. I was at home recovering from a stroke and my refrigerator went out. This agency was contacted for an agency that would help me and let me pay for it on a time payment plan. My time had run out for being on the job, so there was not income for that time. They listened to my plea for help and within two days, called me back and asked for the measurement of my present box. This information was provided to the agency. Their next call that afternoon was that the refrigerator would be delivered the next day. There was no mention of pay back. This was a service they provided me with in my hour of need.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
I did not have to continue to call for services or hunt for other agencies during my recuperation period.
