My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Partnership With Native Americans, Addison, TX, USA
We are being harassed by the telephone volunteers for the Navajo Relief Fund. In the last few months, they have telephoned us every evening, including Sundays. We estimate that they have called over 100 times. We have told them explicitly that we will not donate and want to be removed from their contact list. They ignore us and keep phoning. Though we are on a "Do Not Call" list and have informed them of this, they continue to call.
We have filed a complaint but the phone solicitors are unfazed by this information. My advice: give to another charity -- not this one.

I am writing this in behalf of National Relief Charities and our NRF program. We do not wish to inundate anyone with calls and we have an effective procedure in place for anyone wishing to reduce or stop your level of contact. However, posting a complaint online does not resolve this or help you get what you need. In addition, we cannot identify you from this. To get help, please call our donor relations team at 800-416-8102 and tell them for which programs you wish to be contacted, if any, and how often, if ever. We look forward to your follow through.
