This non-profit organization is not being lead by professionals who have the best interest of the public at heart with respect to the carnival.

This is clearly evidenced by the short-comings of the President as a leader. This organization should have filed reports in a consistent manner so that if questions needed to be raised, the documentation is there to corroborate and substantiate answers.

The lack of filing information could only lay a path for the lack of respect for being an "umbrella for uniting the Caribbean" which is what is listed as their mission. I hope that something can be done to clean up the mess that this organization is currently going through and the Guidestar seal can be placed with honor on this NPO.
