We donate to the Nashville Ronald McDonald house every year. This year we directed our funds through the national website. WHAT A DISASTER. No online receipt for the donation. So far, four phone calls and four e-mails with no response whatsoever. Two of the phone calls, the representative just hung the phone up while we were on the line. No snail mail receipt either. Should have just donated directly to the Nashville house. After this fiasco, we are certainly going to re-evaluate ANY future donations.
