When a Marine or Sailor is in need of some extra attention and a safe person who can check up on them and either get them a link to care or advocate for them with their command the NMCRS Visiting Nurses, Combat Casualty Nurses are there. They travel all over the US to check up on our active duty or veteran service men and women. They do not judge, they CARE. These wonderful ladies have saved so many lives. They are a direcct link to commands and make sure those in financial need are directed to those can can give a hand up not a hand out. The nurses have been a lifesaving force and instrumental in making sure medical needs are provided no matter what status our Marines and Sailors are in. You want them on your team....
