The MBP distributes comfort in the form of handknit bears to children affected by AIDS and HIV in sub-Saharan Africa. It is a very well run organization. Knitters around the world knit and crochet bears and the MBP sends them to kids via Peace Corps volunteers. The distribution of bears is photographed so donors get to see the kids with their bears.
